Connection Problem

Can't connect to StoreJet Cloud

  1. Connect ethernet cable to router and plug power adapter

  2. Power on

  3. Connect device Wi-Fi to router network

  4. Please check whether Remote Access service is enabled through StoreJet Cloud web UI.

  5. Please enable the service if it shows like below.

  6. You can check whether your e-mail or Facebbok account shown below after enable it.

  7. Relaunch StoreJet Cloud APP then login your binded e-mail or Facebook account.
